THE JEWELS
The precious jewels presented on this website are designed and handcrafted in New York City by Angely Martinez herself, with the support of artisans in NYC's Diamond District. They are primarily made-to-order, one-of-a-kind and limited edition. 

Materials: All pieces are made of 18K and 14K Gold, Sterling silver (.925), Argentium silver (.935), precious stones, semi-precious, pearls and alternative materials. Other precious metals such as Platinum or Palladium are by request from the customer.

JEWELRY CARE
When left exposed off the body, sterling silver tends to tarnish. Weather changes, such as the humidity that comes with the summer, causes your silver jewelry to tarnish as well.

In the case that your jewelry tarnishes, please watch this video on how to clean your Silver jewelry, using water and baking soda.

Argentium silver, primarily used in the beaded chain earrings, is a beautiful metal (whiter than sterling silver) that takes longer to tarnish.

After wearing, please place your jewelry back in the original packaging it came in or your jewelry box. The more you take care of your precious jewels, the more they will last.

SHIPPING
New York City Metropolitan Area: Pick up or Hand Delivery to be arranged with designer. 

Domestic: Please select the shipping method offered on our online store. We will notify you when your order has shipped with tracking # included.

International Orders: Although a bit more expensive, I recommend FedEx or UPS. They are more reliable and have a larger international network for worldwide shipping.

RETURNS
Received the jewel but no longer want the item? The ring does not fit? No worries. Please return your purchase within 7 business days of receiving your piece(s). Please email angely@angelymartinezjewelry.com and a shipping label will be issued to you. Custom work is final sale. 

REPAIRS
Damages incurred during the shipping process? We not responsible for damages incurred during shipping. We do pack your orders as secure as possible. If damage does occur, we can fix the issue at an extra fee.

6-Month Guarantee: I can repair your jewelry up to 6 months after your purchase. After 6 months, I will have to charge a fee for the repair. I am more than happy to make arrangements; therefore, always contact me.

PRIVACY
We value your privacy. We do not sell or share your private information (i.e. name, emails, addresses, phone#, etc.) to any outside third parties. The information collected from you on this website is solely for the purpose of processing payments and providing better customer service.

SMS/ Texts Messages are used solely for the purpose of staying in touch with clients/ customers, sharing news, promotions, events and product launches. We do not sell this information to third parties.
